  1. PLC will be applicable @ 5% for Corner Plots. (PLOT NO –5, 8, 15, 16, 20, 40, 41, 51, 52, 62, 67, 70, 79, 80)
  2. IFMS Charges Rs. 100 per Sq. Yard and ECWC Charges Rs. 100 per Sq. Yard will be extra at the time of possession
  3. Monthly Maintenance charges charged by maintenance agency will be decided after occupation certificate.
  4. Transfer charges Rs. 25000/-, Cheque Bouncing charges Rs. 1500, Duplicate Receipt charges Rs. 2000, Builder Buyer agreement charges Rs. 1500 (for stamp and notary)
